Parents

Are you the parent or guardian of a high school student with a disability who is interested in exploring postsecondary education and/or a career in STEM? The Midwest Alliance offers programs, events and other opportunities that can help families like yours navigate postsecondary educational transitions after high school.

Our mentoring program lets students investigate possibilities within STEM with assistance from experienced mentors who have similar interests and backgrounds. We also offer information regarding opportunities for students with disabilities to explore their interests through workshops, internships, and informational sessions. Special programming for parents is often featured at these events.
