 How to Apply

We are not accepting new applicants until September 15. Currently we are creating a new application procedure and revamping some aspects of the mentoring program. Potential participants should check back on September 15 for the new application. Thank you.

The application can take up to 30-40 minutes to complete, and if you are applying to be an intern or mentor please note that you will need have two letters of reference sent to us (written by a teacher, counselor, supervisor, etc.) and a copy of your disability documentation.   Please plan on having a copy of your resume on hand, the names and contact information for two references, your current course schedule or transcript,  and finally a brief statement about yourself that includes why you are interested in getting involved in our program.  Having these items in advance will help you complete the application!
