All student participants must be either from, or attending
school/college in Wisconsin, Illinois, or Iowa.

 

Alumni participants may be either a resident, or hold a
degree from an institution in one of these 3 states.

 

All participants must be U.S. Citizens
or Legal Permanent Residents.
